Do you have any experience in this Position?: Never have I been a Game Master for a server that is small like this, and I very much want the experience of being able to become more personal with players so I may better understand them as this server grows, and I think that would better affect the decisions I would make as a Game Master.
If so, Please Show some kind of Proof: There is no proof I may produce that would show any experience of myself being in a staffing position.
How would you react to an issue in the Community: It completely depends on the situation at hand, as a Game Master you must meet each any every situation with a calm, collected demeanor as well as other problem solving skills specific to the situation at hand. so please, be a bit more specific.
What are some of your Strengths? A few of my strengths are that I am quite the people person, and people see me as a kind and fair individual, although I'm known to tell you straight how it is and not sugarcoat things. I see myself as very responsible.
What are some of your Weaknesses? One of my main weaknesses are honestly my friends. I cherish my friends and family above all and sometimes i may get distracted from my duties, but a tiny reminder here and there puts me right back on track.

What do you like? I really like the new source, I think it will be very good once we all get used to it. I really like the staff and community so far.I feel like it still needs to be tweaked quite a bit, and I agree with your idea that the players should contribute ideas to the server as well. In real life I enjoy hanging out with friends, reading, music, singing, writing songs, going to the gym, and some sports.
What do you dislike I strongly dislike that some of the commands aren't exactly universal due to the new source, its a bit of a bother to not know some of the crucial commands. but this may potentially make our server unique if we have our own commands. In addition to this, I strongly dislike that I'm in EST, because many people who get on maple are in PST, which is an inconvenience for me because many maplers are in PST.
