I will try my best to balance the weight by not being "One-sided" and I will solve debate between players acting as the facilitator between the two conflicting parties.
What are some of your Strengths? My main strengths are the capability to assess and initiate things independently. Being confident, being cool and calm at any situation. I am always anxious to learn from others' mistakes. I am a hard working guy, sometimes I work too hard. I am also optimistic.
What are some of your Weaknesses? My main weakness is, I try to make things perfect but realize that's impossible, I put too much detail in everything, not expressing myself properly. I tend to keep my problems to myself and make others feel I am fine when I am not. I expect others to be able to do the same as me, but that does not work that way
